Here’s my review for my recent skincare buys from Korea.
This is a newly launched product ( i think ) from Hera.
Cell-Bio Fluid Sync . Supposedly to use for 30days and 5ml per day. I love this . I can see clearer and radiant skin instantly. I stopped the cotton pads that was given complimentary. Because it absorbed the serum too well and i can’t feel much of it applied onto my face. So i just pour onto my palm bit by bit and pat all over my face till absorbed. I don’t pour exactly 5ml onto my palm and then pat on my face. It will be too much and difficult to be absorbed so i just pour 20cent coin size first and pat and wait for it to be absorbed before i pour another 20cent coin size again and repeat it till it reaches the 5ml mark.
I love this. If im not wrong it is KRW 65,000 per bottle. Sometimes the check in counter at Korean Air do give Lotte Duty Free shopping vouchers $5 and $10 . $5 off $50 and above and $10 off $100 and above for the Lotte Duty Free in Airport. You can buy from the airport if you want or go to any Lotte Dept Store or Shinsaegae cosmetic level to get it from their counters. It is a higher end brand under Amore Pacific and can only be found in major dept stores alongside international brands. Hera main flagship store is at Apujeong. Near the MRT Station. The only standalone store. The rest are at departmental stores.
Unlike other serum which is oily , this is not oily and smells good. I love it.
One of my make up buys on 11th Nov which is Pepero day. Alot of products going off at one for one or up to 50% discount. Missha was having 30-50% discount off storewide.
So i decided to get this pore perfecting primer. It works just like Benefit’s porefessional but just that this is cheaper. Much cheaper. Got it at like SGD 6 after 30% discount ! It was KRW 10,800 before discount which is about SGD 11.
It smells very good and very silky just like its name. Applying make up base is much easier and smoother after that.
I am a heavy eyeliner user. Because i have single eyelids. I started using eyeliners since i was 16 and i think i used over 50 of them. One pencil last me about 1.5 months and liquid liners will be 2 months. Once the lines start getting a little grey-ish , i will change to a new liquid eyeliner. I have been using liquid ones since this year.
I always wanted to get one just for under eye and a smudge proof one.
So i got this at Missha at 50% off. Usual price was KRW 8,800 and i got it at KRW 4,400 which is about SGD 5. The packaging and casing itself don’t look cheap and infact it is quite heavy. Damn good buy !
It is the M Extreme Waterproof automatic eyeliner. It comes with a sponge side for blending. The sales girl recommended this for under eye. For a softer look , i can blend the under eye with the sponge side and if i want a more intense look , just go darker on the under eye. She draw for me and taught me how to blend it under eye and i like it ! Very natural and if i want a smokey effect , draw darker at the side and then blend it. Just use the sponge and go over the line you draw only and it is blended nicely and naturally.

And the sponge tip
Missha is definitely one of the cosmetic store i MUST go when im in Korea. I want to get their eyebrow mascara next time. Because i always dye my hair , i need to match my eye brow colours with my hair colour else it looks strange.
Missha can be found at many MRT stations in Seoul. When i walked from Mr Park’s house to the MRT station , i will always drop by to see if there is discount or not. Confirm have discount and it is just matter of when. So i can wait haha.
This lovely top is coming up on AE soon. Ok , i know cant really see but do wait for preview okiee.
Feeling very unwell lately. Like going to faint anytime. December is going to be a tough and busy month for me. Gonna miss alot of events and meet up with friends. Im sorry ! I will try to find sometime to turn up okie !
Gonna sleep early for tomorrow’s another session of gruelling photoshoot under the hot sun !
Good night !
