This week was medical check up , grooming and skin pampering week !

Every year , i will go for full body medical check up and also cervical scanning and pap smear at my gynae. My health was badly affected when i was 22 years old  to 26 years old because i overworked and was very exhausted (both mentally and phyiscally). It took me a year to get back my health. I slowed down my pace in everything and just want to be in a happy relationship. Money can’t buy back your healthy and life.

During my latest check up , the funny thing was that i gained abit of weight that the nurse asked me if i was pregnant and  passed me the bottle to collect my urine sample.  The weight gain was almost 9kg since the last time i visited the clinic. Speaking of that , i am aiming to lose like 3kg within 3 months to 48kg. LOL.

Had my nails done again at The Professionails.

Not really into fanciful designs and i prefer subtle ones. I don’t really go for stuff that are very “loud”

So i had nude colour french tips done and crystals + pearls.

Probably will try something a little more fanciful next time.

Also , i had classic gel pedicure done in Apple red colour.

Cant wait for my nails to grow longer.

It was a great time having my nails done there. Talked to the staff about beaches in Malaysian ( they are Malaysians ) and they taught me how to go these and that beach.

The seats were full the last 2 times i went over. So be sure to make your appointment early if you want to have beautiful nails for Valentine’s day and CNY !  The prices are reasonable compared to other places i have been to.
